Job Context
    Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Representing different International Hotel brand Chain and selling Hotel ownership at Tourism sector of Bangladesh. Also include Land & Real Estate Project.
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
  • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
  • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
  • Work in a hands-on fashion, building the team-provide motivation and inspiration
  • Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
  • Accomplish marketing and sales human resource goals through normal managerial duties, such as recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and disciplining employees
  • Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
  • Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals
  • Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
  • Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
  • Research and capitalise on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
  • Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients
  • Gather, investigate and summarise data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
  • Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network and joining professional organizations
  • Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals.
